Eligibility for Refunds

At Void Hosting, we aim to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you are not satisfied. Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

• If you cancel your service within the first 7 days of purchase and the service is not violating our Terms of Service.
• Refunds are not applicable for services that have been fully utilized or consumed.
• Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and other third-party services are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through the billing portal. Include your order ID, reason for the refund request, and any other relevant details.

Processing Refunds

Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
